About Kathy Corday
...Corday's backstory...
For over 30 years, Kathy Corday has found her voice both in front and behind the camera. It is her passion to travel and share the stories of her discoveries with the world.
Surrounded by the most gifted artists in their disciplines, Corday's tenure at Walt Disney Imagineering afforded her the opportunity to be trained and inspired by the best. Her artistic collaborators propelled her to aim high and thereby broaden her artistic range as a photographer. Moreover, her Disney association provided entree into a variety of magical assignments with premier organizations like the Smithsonian, National Geographic Television, the Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department, and the Torpedo Factory in Alexandria. She even recorded character voice-overs for Disney theme parks, and appeared on-camera for public television (PBS).
Additional information and photography by Kathy Corday can be found in the Charter Member Archive of Women In Photography International in the Beinecke Library at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.
She is an alumna of the Marshall School of Business and Dornsife College at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
